Each of our menu options are available for up to 75 dinner guests.
FOOD
Brunch Package
This meal option includes your choice of waffles or pancakes, eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, fruit and yogurt parfait cups and a fruit tray. Customers can add chicken tenders for an additional fee.
Party Package
This meal includes hamburger dip, meatballs, ham and turkey sliders, pasta salad, deviled eggs, a fruit tray and veggie tray. Customers can add bone-in or boneless chicken wings for an additional fee.
Taco Bar
Customer chooses two of the three available meets (chicken, beef, steak), cilantro lime rice, black beans, tortilla, tortilla chips and corn. Included are lettuce, tomato, cheese, dried onions, cilantro, black olives, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Customers can add a fruit tray for an additional fee.
Lasagna Dinner
Customer chooses between ground beef or ground turkey as well as their choice of pepperoni or ricotta mixture. Included is garlic bread, corn on the cob and a full salad bar. Available dressings are Ranch, Italian, and Thousand Island.
Chuck Roast Dinner
Included is beef pot roast with baby carrots with diced potatoes, macaroni and cheese pie and cornbread . Additionally, customer chooses between white rice and mashed potatoes and green beans or pinto beans.
Salmon Dinner
Teriyaki glazed salmon, seasoned veggies, cilantro lime rice, grilled shrimp and rolls. Customers can add a full salad bar for a additional fee.
